"A Baby's Lullaby" is a piece that I wrote for my daughter before she was born. I would sing it to her as an infant, on those inevitable nights when she didn't want to go to sleep, because (God forbid) she was afraid she might miss something. And fortunately, she's not experienced any major hearing loss due to my singing.
If you have children, I hope they have brought as much joy and
happiness into your life, as my daughter has brought into mine.
"Angel Song" is a song about guardian angels. The vocal version of this piece will be sung by a child and is from a child's perspective. But I don't think any of us, be they children or adults, can have too many angels looking over us.
"Abby's Song" was written for Miss Abigail Ortiz, a very brave young lady who lost her battle to Acute Myelogenous Leukemia, on March 12th, 2004. She died at 5:40 pm at the Texas Childrens Hospital in Houston, TX. If you'd like to sign her Guestbook, please click on the link below. And please, keep her mom Suzanne, and her dad Bert, in your prayers.
The sea has always been a very special place to me, having
grown up around it as a child. The salt air, the undulating waves and crashing surf,
give me a feeling of quiet peace and serenity, that I've seldom experienced
elsewhere.
"Tranquil Serenity" is a piece of music that I hope conveys
that sense of peace, that sense of wholeness, that sense of wonder, that we all
search for.
"Spirit of America" is my song about September 11th
and is dedicated to the people of America. We know that ours is not a perfect
country. But I do believe that the ideals I speak of in this song, are shared
by freedom loving people throughout the world.
